System Analyst

• Position: Systems Analyst
• Duration: 1 year contract + extensions/hire
• PR: $70-$75 hourly (flexibility if needed)
• Travel/onsite requirements:
• Approximately 50% onsite on average- other 50% remote (can very on project need)
• Travel throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island

Day to day:

• Supporting large-scale Food & Nutrition and operational technology implementations across NYU Langone facilities, working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure teams, and project managers. Responsibilities include managing integrations between systems such as CBORD, POS platforms, Epic, and other operational applications, validating workflows, supporting system upgrades and replacements, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating onsite deployments, and helping evaluate new technologies to improve patient meal management, retail dining operations, and sterile processing workflows. Candidates should be comfortable balancing business process analysis with hands-on technical implementation and systems integration work.

• Shift4 & Symphony POS systems

• Tray tracking and patient meal verification technologies
• Sterile Processing systems (SPL)

Requirements:

• Healthcare application implementation experience
• Food & Nutrition technology experience with systems such as CBORD (similar systems: Computrition, MealSuite, and Agilysys)
• POS system (square, toast, symphony, etc) implementation/configuration experience
• Experience with Sterile processing systems (SPL)
• Systems integration experience and experience with Endpoint device management
• Experience with networking for firewall configuration with these systems
• Self-starter capable of operating independently
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams

• $70 to $75
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
