• Job Summary
• We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst / Operations Analyst with 5–7 years of experience in application development, cloud technologies, system operations, and production support.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java Microservices, AWS Cloud, databases, backend API development, containerization, and cloud infrastructure. This individual will work closely with development, operations, and cross-functional teams to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise applications and systems.
• Key Responsibilities
• Analyze, monitor, and support enterprise applications and systems.
• Work with development and operations teams to troubleshoot complex application and system issues.
• Support and maintain applications built using Java and Microservices architecture.
• Develop, maintain, and support RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with Python and Flask for backend API development and integration.
• Monitor application performance, identify operational issues, and recommend improvements.
• Work with AWS Cloud services to support and maintain cloud-based applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot database-related issues involving PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Support infrastructure automation and provisioning using Terraform.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes to support containerized applications and deployments.
• Collaborate with development and UI/UX teams to ensure effective application integration and user experience.
• Participate in system analysis, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Document system processes, operational procedures, technical issues, and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Required Skills
• 5–7 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Operations, Application Support, or Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Java and Microservices architecture.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud environments and services.
• Experience developing or supporting RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Python backend development using Flask.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL / SQL.
• Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of cloud-based and distributed application architecture.
• Experience with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and frontend-backend integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to Have
• Experience working in the Healthcare domain.
• Knowledge of healthcare applications, systems, or workflows.
• Understanding of healthcare standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience implementing or supporting OAuth authentication and authorization.
• Knowledge of application and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with security concepts such as API security, authentication, authorization, and access management.
• Experience with Incident Management, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Experience working with production support and operational processes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
