- Role Description The Supply Chain Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. In this role, the analyst will monitor and analyze supply chain data, including demand forecasts, inventory levels, and order patterns, to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Daily responsibilities include supporting demand planning activities, preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and risks, and recommending adjustments to inventory and replenishment strategies. The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate data, timely communication, and alignment with business objectives. The role also involves maintaining documentation, supporting process improvements, and using analytical tools to optimize supply chain performance.
- Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Operations to support forecasting, sourcing, and distribution activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management skills to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools, to interpret data and generate insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in supply chain or logistics roles, familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems, and knowledge of multi-cloud or technology-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
