  • Role Description The Sales Incentives & Planning Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This role is responsible for analyzing sales performance data, supporting the design and evaluation of national and regional sales incentive programs, and preparing reports and dashboards that guide decision-making. The Analyst collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to forecast program impact, monitor dealer performance, and ensure incentives align with business objectives and budget. Typical responsibilities include building and maintaining analytical models, validating data accuracy, preparing presentations and summaries for leadership, and recommending adjustments to programs based on market trends and results. The role also involves contributing to annual and quarterly sales planning cycles, supporting process improvements, and ensuring clear communication of incentive structures to internal stakeholders and dealers.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with quantitative data, including experience with spreadsheets, BI tools, or data visualization platforms.
  • Business planning capabilities, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and supporting annual and quarterly planning processes.
  • Foundational finance knowledge, such as understanding budgets, margins, incentives, and profitability metrics in a commercial context.
  • Sales-related skills, including familiarity with sales operations, dealer networks, or commercial performance metrics in automotive or similar industries.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a concise, accessible way to varied stakeholders.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) are an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or with incentive program design and evaluation is considered an advantage.
