Our Client is Looking a motivated Supply Chain Intern – Analytics & Operations to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence within the supply chain function. This role offers hands-on experience working with analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze supply chain data including forecasts, service levels, and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain reports with high accuracy and regular reporting cadence
• Support data-driven insights to improve operational performance
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with local, regional, and global teams to ensure alignment on supply chain metrics and reporting
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support system maintenance and enhancements
• Assist in coordinating across planning, delivery, and operations teams
• Process Improvement & Projects
• Participate in supply chain projects such as system integrations, product lifecycle changes, and operational improvements
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Support development of dashboards, reports, and automation solutions
• Analytics & Tool Utilization
• Work with large datasets using advanced Excel techniques
• Query databases and assist with building analytics solutions
• Contribute to Power BI dashboards and reporting tools

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or related field)
• Availability for a structured internship or co-op program
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large datasets)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred:

• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Prior coursework or experience in supply chain or analytics
• Interest in automation and continuous improvement initiatives
