Our Client is Looking a motivated Supply Chain Intern – Analytics & Operations to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence within the supply chain function. This role offers hands-on experience working with analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze supply chain data including forecasts, service levels, and performance metrics
- Develop and maintain reports with high accuracy and regular reporting cadence
- Support data-driven insights to improve operational performance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with local, regional, and global teams to ensure alignment on supply chain metrics and reporting
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to support system maintenance and enhancements
- Assist in coordinating across planning, delivery, and operations teams
- Process Improvement & Projects
- Participate in supply chain projects such as system integrations, product lifecycle changes, and operational improvements
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Support development of dashboards, reports, and automation solutions
- Analytics & Tool Utilization
- Work with large datasets using advanced Excel techniques
- Query databases and assist with building analytics solutions
- Contribute to Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Interest in supply chain operations, data analytics, and process improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or related field)
- Availability for a structured internship or co-op program
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large datasets)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred:
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Prior coursework or experience in supply chain or analytics
- Interest in automation and continuous improvement initiatives
