- We are looking for an experienced Capital Markets Application Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 production support for critical Client Technology and Global Investment Banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, an automation mindset, and prior exposure to Capital Markets environments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Provide L2/L3 production support for front-office applications and global platforms
- ✅ Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes (ITIL)
- ✅ Coordinate releases, bug fixes, and enhancements with internal teams and vendors
- ✅ Improve application stability through monitoring and automation initiatives
- ✅ Perform root cause analysis and proactive issue resolution
- ✅ Support capacity planning and disaster recovery activities
- ✅ Maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and knowledge sharing
- ✅ Collaborate with business, technology, and compliance stakeholders
- ✅ Participate in on-call support and weekend release rotations
- Required Skills:
- ✔ 7–12 years of Application/Production Support experience
- ✔ Experience supporting enterprise applications in L2/L3 environments
- ✔ Strong scripting/automation skills using Python (or similar)
- ✔ Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows and SQL
- ✔ Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- ✔ Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
- ✔ Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Nice to Have:
- ➕ Capital Markets / Investment Banking application support experience
- ➕ Monitoring tools: Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
- ➕ Scheduling tools: Control-M, Autosys
- ➕ DevOps/CI-CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible
- ➕ Exposure to AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- ➕ Knowledge of Salesforce, Dealogic, Capital IQ, or similar platforms
- 🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
