  • Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Analyst role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Supply Chain Analyst will monitor and analyze end-to-end supply chain performance, including demand forecasts, inventory levels, and procurement activities, to support data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and interpreting operational data, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, procurement, finance, and technology to align supply chain plans with business goals. The Supply Chain Analyst will also support process improvement initiatives, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the development of best practices and tools for supply chain planning and execution.
  • Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, build reports, and support forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Candidates should possess experience in demand planning and inventory management to ensure product availability, reduce stock-outs, and optimize stock levels.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication skills to present insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field; relevant internships or 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or operations analysis are preferred.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, or ERP systems) and familiarity with basic statistical or forecasting methods.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in technology or IT services industries is a plus, along with an interest in leveraging digital solutions to improve supply chain performance.
