- Role Description
- This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at a growing U.S.-based company. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help the company achieve its strategic and operational goals.
- Qualifications:
- More than 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/business operations role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and performance metrics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to different stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business analysis or data visualization tools
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, operational data, and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Gather, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business decisions
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key business insights and performance results
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that increase productivity and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular analysis and recommendations based on results
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, budgeting, and other business planning activities
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth
- Document business requirements, processes, workflows, and recommendations
- Identify potential risks, challenges, and areas of improvement and provide data-driven solutions
- Support the implementation and monitoring of new processes, systems, and initiatives
- Continuously evaluate business performance and provide insights that support long-term growth and efficiency
- Compensation
- $5,000 - $10,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.
