Sr. Technical Business Analyst

Must haves:

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Business Analysis, Change Management, Project Delivery, Process Improvement, or related areas
• IIBA Certified Business Analyst or equivalent
• ACMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CMI, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or equivalent Change Management certification
• Strong experience with: Business requirements gathering and analysis, Process mapping / process re-engineering, Stakeholder engagement, Change impact assessments, Communications and training, UAT and business readiness, Workshop facilitation, Senior stakeholder presentations

• Nice to Have
• Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, Kotter, or similar OCM methodology
• Value Stream Mapping
• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery
• Business application implementation/support
• Business intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement
• Experience working in public sector or regulated environments
