Sr Contract & Pricing Analyst

Our client, a privately owned, cutting-edge medical equipment manufacturer, is seeking a Sr Contract & Pricing Analyst to join their dynamic Sales Operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless contract and pricing activities for their key accounts within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary liaison for the US sales team on contract and pricing activities
• Analyze pricing structures, evaluate market data, and make strategic pricing recommendations to optimize deals and ensure competitive positioning
• Build financial models to assess the impact of contract terms, pricing changes, and discounts, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Manage and create proposals, contract amendments, change notices, and close-outs efficiently, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Support RFI/RFP/RFQ processes by reviewing pricing terms, identifying contractual risks, and advising on risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and business units to resolve contract issues and ensure seamless execution of deals.
• Lead pricing and contract process improvements, working cross-functionally to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration and pricing, with progressive responsibility.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts, pricing agreements and key business clauses.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to build and manipulate financial models
• Experience extracting and manipulating data from BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) and SQL
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
