• Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Partner with stakeholders to identify challenges and solutions
• Analyze and optimize business processes and workflows
• Develop functional specifications and support project implementation
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, presentations, and reporting
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive data-informed decisions
• What We’re Looking For:
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven business analysis and requirements-gathering experience
• Experience with process improvement and workflow mapping
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification is a plus
