Software Quality Assurance Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Create and execute test cases, document results, and log defects
• Participate in requirements and design reviews, develop test scripts, and contribute to structured QA processes
• Partner with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders for test planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Recommend enhancements to QA practices and support testing activities
• Perform system and problem analysis for applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in software application development and testing
• Coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Experience with test planning, test case design, and defect tracking tools
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and system architecture concepts
