The Senior Revenue Analyst will support the Finance team by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue, billing, payment, and customer data across multiple systems. This role will work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to identify discrepancies, resolve data issues, improve processes, and maintain reliable reporting. This is a fully remote position based in your home office in the United States.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze data across Salesforce, billing platforms, payment sources, and customer/distributor portals
- Reconcile Salesforce data against various billing and payment sources and investigate discrepancies
- Review, process, and accurately record approved customer refunds
- Create and process monthly billing for distributor accounts
- Support distributor account migrations, channel changes, and other account updates
- Develop reports, controls, and recurring processes to monitor data quality, accuracy, and integrity
- Review customer and distributor portals for billing, payment, and account discrepancies
- Investigate recurring data-quality or revenue-related issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams
- Document issues and partner cross-functionally to ensure timely corrections
- Audit distributor portals and follow up with internal teams or distributors to resolve discrepancies
- Create and maintain training materials, workflow documentation, and process procedures as business needs, systems, and features evolve
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, controls, and operational efficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, revenue operations, financial analysis, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and work with large datasets
- Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to independently identify issues, take ownership of resolution, and work effectively across departments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Coursework, a minor, or professional experience in accounting preferred
