Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Summary: Top General Contractor with a nationwide footprint of hyperscale Data Center projects. Seeking mid-senior level Project Managers to own full project delivery (precon → turnover) for large-scale data center / mission-critical builds. Lead schedule, cost, contracts, quality, safety, and client relations across multi-trade teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive preconstruction: scope, budgets/GMPs, buyout strategy, risk and value analysis.
• Lead overall schedule, cost forecasting, change management, and cash flow.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, procurement of long-lead MEP/equipment.
• Coordinate CSA/MEP trades, commissioning, integration, and phased turnover.
• Maintain client/commercial management and executive reporting cadence.
• Champion safety and quality; closeout, punch, warranty handoff.

Qualifications

• (SrPM 10–15+) with mission-critical/DC, semiconductor, or advanced MFG.
• Proven GMP delivery; complex MEP/commissioning experience.
• Tools: Procore, P6/MSP, Bluebeam; strong cost/schedule literacy.

• Nice to Have
• Tier III/IV, Uptime/IST exposure; owner/developer interface; design-assist.
• PE/PMP/LEED a plus.

Other Travel as required; on-site leadership presence expected.
