Job Description:

• Manage Syndications portfolios from preparation of specifications, document packages, closing statements, settlements, etc.
• Manage contracts at end of term and dispositions
• Coordinate necessary documentation on payoff letters, bill of sales and other end-of-term tasks
• Manage the early payoff process in cooperation with Asset Management from payoff letter to generation within ERP system.
• Review and resolve customer related issues concerning funded transactions within portfolios. Validations are based upon the contractual obligation of the customer, external guarantees, and recourse requirements.
• Reviews contractual obligations of clients to determine current account balances, delinquency, early payoff amounts, taxation issues, fee income. Frequently works with finance department for account reconciliation of sales/use taxes, property taxes, and unapplied cash.
• Annual review of internal audit confirmations to be sent to third party partners. Annual review of audit confirmations received by auditors of Partners/Clients for validation of account balances, collaterals, equipment, and specifics of debt contracts.
• Review of Policies and Procedures based upon internal guidelines and market trends that impact day-to-day operations.
• Evaluate data processing applications for institutions under examination to develop recommendations for coordinating existing systems with examination procedures.
• Review client requests for company assignments of debt, mergers, and/or acquisitions for current customers of the portfolio. Validation of formation of new entity through receipt of Articles of Incorporation, certificate of good standing and/or formal notice of assignment. Involve risk on risk review of all new entities.
