We are a fast scaling management and technology consulting firm and hold multiple contract vehicles for state and federal technology programs. We specialize executive advisory, program management, digital transformation, Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), cloud solutions, data analytics, cybersecurity, and mission-critical IT services for both public and private sectors clients. On an urgent basis, we are seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst with deep experience with Azure DevOps and Jira, who would join our team on a high profile public sector client.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned hands-on Senior Business Analyst to be a key member of our team to enhance and modernize a complex enterprise business application and its supporting processes. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of relevant experience of conducting detailed requirements gathering, business process analysis, workflow analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and Agile backlog development activities to support enterprise technology modernization efforts.

In the selection process, a strong emphasis will be placed on candidate's strong communication skills (verbal and written), ability to work with cross functional teams ((internal and external to the project).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
• Minumum of 7 years of experience supporting Agile/Scrum projects using Azure DevOps/Jira.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience conducting requirements gathering, stakeholderworkshops, business process analysis, and workflow analysis.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience developing Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and implementation-ready documentation.
• At least five (5) years of experience as using Agile project management framework
• Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting enterprise application modernization initiatives.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience documenting integration requirements, systeminteractions, and data flows.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting MVP planning, phased implementations, and release planning.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and backlog management best practices.
• Experience supporting business user needs, solution validation, and requirements traceability activities.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited or government sanctioned college/university in a related field.
• Agile and Scrum Master certifications. Azure DevOps certifications are nice to have.
