- We’re looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Test Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and ensuring applications meet business requirements and user expectations before release.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- • Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- • Execute manual and automated testing activities to validate software functionality, performance, usability, and reliability.
- • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- • Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
- • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product managers, and project stakeholders to ensure software quality standards are achieved.
- • Review requirements and technical specifications to identify risks, gaps, and testing needs.
- • Prepare test data, test documentation, defect reports, and quality assurance metrics.
- • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- • Support release validation, deployment testing, and post-implementation verification activities.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes, quality assurance standards, and automation frameworks.
- ✅ Requirements
- • Experience in software testing, quality assurance, business analysis, or a related field is preferred.
- • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- • Knowledge of manual testing methodologies, defect management, and test documentation practices.
- • Familiarity with testing and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar platforms.
- • Basic understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, and system integrations is an advantage.
- • Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar technologies is a plus.
- • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
- • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
