They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for driving strategic decision-making by analyzing data, creating models and providing actionable insights to senior management.? This position will be an integral member of a passionate and dynamic team that values growth, innovation and collaboration across the Financial Reporting & Analysis and Business Support functions.

- About the Opportunity?
- Generate management reports and presentations to support senior leadership
- Build, maintain and refine budget models for forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning
- Analyze variances against budget and translate data into actionable insights
- Provide business support and partner with operational managers to improve profitability
- Create and maintain financial models for new initiatives and strategic projects
- Constantly challenge current processes and ways of working to provide greater efficiency or effectiveness within Finance and across departments
- Prepare, analyze and report on cash flow forecasts; manage cash balances
- Manage bank account user access to ensure proper security controls
- Provide support in capital financing and banking requirements
- Ad hoc projects and analysis
- About You?
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Management Accounting or Financial Accounting and pursuing a CPA, CFA or related designation.
- Preferred 1-3 years of related experience.
- Critical thinking and analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills. Understanding of BI Tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate complex financial data into concise, non-technical insights for senior leadership.
- Salary Range?
- $75,000 - $95,000/year
