• Our client is a thriving manufacturing company based in North York, Ontario, and we're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. • 💼 What You'll Do
• 📊 Analyze production costs, margins, and manufacturing variances (labor, material, overhead)
• 📈 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
• 🏗️ Partner with plant/operations leadership to support cost control and efficiency initiatives
• 💰 Support budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory valuation processes
• 🔍 Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• 🧾 Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support
• 🖥️ Work within Sage ERP (Sage X3 or similar) to extract, manage, and analyze financial data
• 🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and senior management

• ✅ What You Bring
• 🎓 Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 🏅 CPA designation (or actively working towards it) preferred — CMA/CGA background also valued
• ⏳ 4–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience
• 🏭 Manufacturing/production environment experience is a must (food manufacturing is a plus, not required)
• 💻 Hands-on experience with Sage ERP systems strongly preferred
• 📐 Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• 🧠 Sharp analytical mind with excellent attention to detail
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting findings to non-finance stakeholders
