• Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a growing organization to identify a Financial Analyst to join its Corporate FP&A team. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the
• Director of FP&A and serving as a key business partner across the organization.

This position offers significant exposure to executive leadership, ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes, and the opportunity to become a key contributor within a sophisticated FP&A organization.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Support the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Assist with ongoing enhancements and maintenance of the ERP environment
• Partner with Finance and operational leaders across multiple business units on budget and forecast activities
• Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis and provide actionable business insights
• Develop financial models and reporting tools to support decision-making
• Prepare management reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership
• Lead monthly financial review meetings with department and business leaders
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual planning cycles

• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3-6+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience
• Hands-on ERP experience required
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Comfortable partnering with business leaders and presenting financial information
• Power BI experience is a plus but not required
