Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Engineering Analyst III to support asset management and maintenance operations through data stewardship, analysis, and optimization of asset information within IBM Maximo. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, managing asset and location records, performing data uploads and validation, developing reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve asset performance and maintenance effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and IT teams to support data-driven decision-making, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or 8+ years equivalent experience)
• Experience with IBM Maximo or similar EAM systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Knowledge of maintenance operations, asset management, and reliability practices.
