Senior Data Analyst

The Role

• Be the analytical engine behind fraud prevention strategy, building models, running experiments, and developing tools.
• Own the technical and statistical work, turning strategy into measurable and executable outcomes.
• Drive the team's use of AI, actively building workflows, automating analysis, and staying ahead of sophisticated fraud.
• Build and maintain Python-based analyses, models, and data pipelines for fraud decisioning and risk scoring.
• Design and run statistical experiments, including A/B tests, holdout experiments, and vendor performance assessments.
• Develop and iterate on internal fraud risk models, owning calibration, validation, and performance monitoring.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in fraud analytics, risk, fintech, or a quantitatively demanding analytical role.
• Strong Python skills, proficient with pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, or equivalent libraries.
• Strong SQL skills, capable of complex data pulls, understanding warehouse structures, and building data views.
• Solid statistical grounding, able to design valid experiments, perform significance testing, and assess model calibration.
• Hands-on experience building, training, and validating classification models independently.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools, actively using LLMs and code generation, and identifying AI-driven automation opportunities.
