The Role

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of web analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop measurement strategies and implement analytics tracking.
• Validate data quality and deliver actionable insights to support product and business objectives.
• Build analytics capabilities from the ground up, balancing meaningful analytics with privacy and compliance.
• Architect scalable data platforms and mentor teams to become data-driven organizations.
• Identify opportunities where data can accelerate missions, create efficiencies, and deliver technical excellence.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, analytics implementation, or related data analysis roles.
• Proven experience configuring, administering, and optimizing Matomo Analytics (goals, events, custom dimensions, segments, dashboards, reporting).
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and tag management platforms (Google Tag Manager, Matomo Tag Manager).
• Ability to develop measurement strategies, define KPIs, and translate business questions into measurable analytics requirements.
• Understanding of data privacy principles, consent management, and analytics best practices within regulated environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
