Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Job Title:

Senior Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to support IT implementation projects and collaborate with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst in an enterprise application environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation projects (required).
• Prior Government (local/state/federal) project experience preferred.
• Experience with IT projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to create functional system documentation.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Available for 100% Onsite.
• Good to have related certifications.
