- Execute data mapping, testing, and validation across cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks) and relational/unstructured databases (MS SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Drive data semantic modeling and support the construction of a semantic layer for downstream AI and LLM initiatives.
- Analyze trade lifecycles and resolve complex data discrepancies across Securities Master File (SMF), Investment Book of Record (IBOR), and Accounting Book of Record (ABOR) systems.
- Collaborate directly with portfolio managers, traders, operations, and executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Must-Haves
- Experience: 7–10+ years of Business Analysis experience within Capital Markets, Asset Management, or Pension Plans.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle, data flows (SMF, IBOR, ABOR), and asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives).

- Investment Systems: Direct exposure to Order/Investment Management Systems (e.g., Aladdin, SimCorp, CRIMS, etc.).
- Culture Fit: A hands-on, adaptive mindset suited for a flat, dynamic environment without heavy administrative bureaucracy.
- Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and multi-database environments (MS SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Experience working with market data feeds (Bloomberg DL, Refinitiv, FactSet).
- Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
- Other Important Info
- Work Model: Hybrid (Toronto, ON)
- Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $130,000 CAD per year
