Senior Business Analyst

• Business Analyst (Level II) | Fortune 500 Banking Firm
• We’re looking for an ETF Operations Analyst to join a Fortune 500 Banking Client in Jacksonville, FL. If you have experience in securities operations, trade settlement, reconciliations, and strong Excel skills, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in financial operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Support ETF and securities settlement activities
• Review and resolve settlement breaks and discrepancies
• Perform daily reconciliations and manage exceptions
• Work with traders, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Use Excel, including PivotTables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, to analyze data
• Track deadlines and escalate time-sensitive issues
• Maintain accurate records and support process improvements

What You Bring:

• 3–6 years of experience in securities, investment, or capital markets operations
• Experience with settlements and reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• ETF, DTCC, custody, or brokerage experience is a plus
• Top performers are detail-oriented, analytical, quick learners, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment.

• 💵 Pay: $35 – $38/hour.
