Senior Business Analyst

A leading consulting firm, dedicated to connecting top talent with innovative companies, is seeking a skilled professional to join a project with one of its prominent clients. This client is a significant player in the technology and operations space, driving forward critical programs.

The Role

• Lead business analysis activities for complex operations programs
• Gather and document detailed business requirements and process flows
• Analyze backlogs and support data, analytics, or enterprise operations teams
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure successful project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or SDLC methodologies
• Manage process improvement initiatives and track project risks

What You'll Need

• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management
• Strong proficiency with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools), Excel, and Smartsheet
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience supporting Data, Analytics, or Enterprise Operations teams
