- • Life and annuity domain business analysis and process knowledge
- • Requirements elicitation, workshops, user stories and traceability
- • Acceptance criteria, process mapping and stakeholder management
- • Leadership of BA workstream and onsite coordination
- Roles & Responsibilities
- • Lead requirements discovery and business-process analysis
- • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage scope/traceability
- • Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules
- • Coordinate product, architecture, engineering, QA and offshore Bas
- In addition, should be able to do the following
- • Play the role of onsite co-Ordinator for offshore
- • Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions
- Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- • Customer-facing communication and concise executive reporting Onsite-offshore coordination across
- distributed teams Structured ownership, prioritization, risk escalation and collaboration Ability to work
- independently while following enterprise governance and security standards
