- Role Overview
- We are hiring for a sharp, detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our growing acquisitions team on-site in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be the analytical engine behind our deal machine — responsible for underwriting properties accurately and quickly, protecting our margins, and giving our sales team the confidence they need to win contracts. You will work closely with leadership and acquisitions to develop data-driven insights, evaluate market trends, and contribute directly to our growth strategy across Ohio.
- About the Company
- Rowling Homes is a fast-growing, Cincinnati-based real estate investment company on a mission to become the most trusted off-market home buyer in the country. In just 3 years, we have built a results-driven, high-energy culture where every team member is empowered to make an impact. Between Rowling Homes and our sister company, Sharper Capital Partners, we added eight team members in 2026 alone — and we’re not slowing down.
- We are a team that works hard, wins together, and holds ourselves to a high standard. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want your work to directly move the needle, you’ll feel right at home here.
Our Mission: To become the most trusted off-market home buyer.
- Our Core Values
- Character First — We do the right thing – always – even when it costs us, and especially when no one is looking.

- 1% Better Every Day — We ask for feedback and act on it. We stay curious about better ways to do things. Small improvements, daily.
- One Team — We win and lose together. We commit fully to each other and to the mission, and we bring energy that makes the people around us better.
