About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build, and modernize enterprise analytics solutions that transform complex data into trusted business insights.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analytics professional who enjoys working across the full analytics lifecycle—from data engineering and modeling to executive dashboards and business storytelling. The role will play a key part in migrating enterprise analytics from a legacy ETL platform to a modern Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics pipelines and data workflows
Support migration from legacy analytics workflows to Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
Build dimensional models, semantic layers, and reusable data marts
Develop executive dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI
Optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting performance
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions
Deliver actionable insights through trend analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence
Ensure data quality, governance, reliability, and observability across analytics platforms
Document technical designs, data definitions, and migration processes
Present analytics findings and recommendations to technical and executive audiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a similar role
Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and Server
Expertise in SQL, Python, and modern analytics engineering practices
Experience designing dimensional models, star schema, and semantic layers
Advanced Tableau and/or Power BI development experience
Strong understanding of data quality, governance, CI/CD, and Git-based development
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience migrating legacy ETL platforms to cloud-native architectures
Google Cloud certifications
Experience with Dataform, dbt, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Dataflow, and Pub/Sub
Knowledge of Looker or Looker Studio
Experience with data governance tools such as Dataplex, Collibra, Purview, or Alation
Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries
Tableau Certified Data Analyst or Microsoft PL-300 certification
