Our client, a premier Dallas-based investment bank, is hiring a Senior Analyst to join its growing team in Dallas. The firm provides high-touch advisory services to middle-market companies, helping business owners maximize value through complex M&A transactions, frequently involving companies valued at $100M or more.

With more than 75 years of combined investment banking experience, the team advises clients across industries including healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, energy, aerospace and defense, consumer products, and technology.

Absolute Background Requirements:

• Accounting or finance background
• 5+ years of experience in M&A, transaction services, or investment banking
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and research skills
• Must currently live in DFW within a reasonable commuting distance of Dallas
