We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC PP Business Analyst to support business process optimization, application integration, and technology initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP ECC Production Planning (PP), business analysis, systems integration, and project delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, support implementations, and ensure SAP systems effectively meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system requirements.
• Provide functional expertise and support for SAP ECC Production Planning (PP) processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements, system enhancements, and opportunities for automation.
• Analyze and support integrations between SAP PP and other SAP modules, including MM, SD, QM, FI/CO, and WM/EWM, as applicable.
• Work with technical teams to define integration requirements, interfaces, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Participate in the complete Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• Lead or coordinate project teams and workstreams to deliver application enhancements and business solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, and other project deliverables.
• Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical and functional teams.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and application issues using ServiceNow or similar IT service management/ticketing platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and alignment across SAP applications.
• Support system testing, including integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide guidance to business users and support knowledge transfer and training activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with established application, integration, security, and development standards.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve application reliability and business process efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another closely related field.
• 7+ years of experience combining business analysis responsibilities with business process and application expertise.
• Strong hands-on functional knowledge of SAP ECC, with significant experience in the Production Planning (PP) module.
• Strong understanding of SAP PP business processes, including production planning, production orders, material requirements planning (MRP), and related manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules, such as MM, SD, QM, FI/CO, and WM/EWM.
• Understanding of application and system integration methodologies, interfaces, data flows, and enterprise computing environments.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or a comparable IT service management/ticketing system.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, coordinate cross-functional resources, and manage activities throughout the SDLC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
