SAP Business Analyst

Seeking an SAP Business Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT. This individual will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to improve business processes, define system requirements, optimize SAP capabilities, and support end users across the organization.

This role is ideal for a hands-on analyst who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, documenting processes, driving system adoption, and helping organizations maximize the value of their SAP investment following a recent migration to SAP S/4HANA.

• Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to SAP processes and workflows.
• Support SAP user access, security roles, and approval processes while ensuring appropriate governance and controls.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training materials.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical resources by translating complex concepts into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP support teams and global resources to troubleshoot issues and enhance system functionality.
• Manage and prioritize ServiceNow requests, incidents, and enhancement opportunities.
• Promote SAP best practices and drive process consistency across departments.
• Support onboarding and training initiatives for new and existing users.
• Participate in SAP enhancement projects and continuous improvement efforts.

• Required Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, SAP Analyst, Functional Analyst, or related role.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to build relationships across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or regulated environments preferred.

• Preferred Qualifications
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Experience supporting SAP security roles and user access management.
• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, quality, or supply chain processes.
• Experience with Oracle Agile PLM or Propel PLM.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies.
