• Job Summary
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution across enterprise applications, with a primary focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
• The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and global cross-functional teams to gather requirements, streamline business processes, and deliver seamless user experiences for both internal users and external stakeholders
• Key Responsibilities
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Translate business needs into:
• User Stories
• Acceptance Criteria
• Process Maps
• Functional Specifications
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
• Support sprint planning, implementation activities, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Release Management Support
• Validate tickets deployed to the UAT environment before business user testing.
• Perform post-release validation during scheduled evening release windows.
• Prepare release notes highlighting key features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Process Analysis & Mapping
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Utilize process-mapping tools to identify operational bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities.
• Production Support
• Monitor and manage ServiceNow support queues.
• Resolve and action tickets in accordance with established SLAs.
• Required Qualifications
• Business Analysis Experience
• Proven years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience leading requirement-gathering sessions and creating detailed business documentation.
• Salesforce Experience
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and business process optimization.
• Communication Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
