About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Analytics Analyst / Data Analyst III to partner closely with sales leadership and provide data-driven insights that support business decisions and commercial performance. This role will focus on analyzing sales trends, monitoring key performance indicators, developing reporting solutions, and turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do
Analyze sales performance across teams, territories, products, and customer segments to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions for sales and executive leadership.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights into both leading and lagging business metrics.
Use SQL and Excel to analyze data and support performance measurement and analytical modeling.
Leverage Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and other BI/reporting tools to deliver accurate and visually compelling insights.
Ensure sales reporting, KPI definitions, and analytical outputs are accurate, consistent, and reliable.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role.
Strong SQL and Excel skills.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or comparable reporting and BI platforms.
Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
