About The Role

The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for the technical administration, data integrity, and process optimization of the go-to-market (GTM) technology stack. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring that data flows seamlessly across systems to provide a single source of truth for business performance.

The team focuses on building scalable systems, automated workflows, and robust reporting pipelines that empower leadership to make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate enjoys untangling complex data models, building automated integrations, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) configurations, including custom objects, validation rules, advanced flows, and page layouts to support evolving sales processes
  • Build and maintain automated data pipelines between CRM, marketing automation, and internal data warehouses using middleware tools like Workato, Zapier, or Fivetran
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards in Tableau or Looker to track key GTM metrics such as pipeline velocity, customer acquisition cost, and net revenue retention
  • Lead data hygiene initiatives, including automated deduplication, record mapping, and territory-based lead routing logic optimization across GTM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Sales, and Marketing to translate strategic initiatives into scalable system architectures and technical requirements
  • Document system processes, data schemas, and operational workflows to ensure team-wide alignment and standardized data governance

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations at a high-growth B2B technology company
  • Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce relational database architecture
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis across relational databases and cloud warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining production dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Proven track record of managing complex integration projects and translating business stakeholder requirements into technical specifications
  • Bonus: Salesforce Administrator Certification, or hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Apex code, and SOQL
