About The Role

The role sits at the critical junction of go-to-market strategy and technical execution, focusing on the optimization of the revenue engine through data integrity and process automation. This position is responsible for managing the technical stack that powers sales and marketing, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between CRM systems and financial reporting tools.

This role focuses on removing friction from the buyer journey by building scalable internal systems. The analyst will translate high-level business requirements into technical configurations, maintaining the source of truth for all revenue-related metrics and performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the Salesforce environment, including the management of custom objects, validation rules, flows, and third-party integrations.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Looker to track North Star metrics such as CAC, LTV, net retention, and pipeline velocity.
  • Audit and clean CRM data programmatically to ensure accurate attribution and territory management across the global sales organization.
  • Build and maintain the integration logic between the CRM and marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot to ensure lead-to-revenue transparency.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to manage the annual quota setting and territory planning process using data-driven forecasting models.
  • Design and document scalable business processes for lead routing, deal desk approvals, and contract management to reduce operational bottlenecks.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce administration, including deep experience with Flow Builder and complex data architecture.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and experience building production-grade visualizations in BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
  • Proven track record of managing the lead-to-cash lifecycle and understanding the technical nuances of subscription billing systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Bonus: Salesforce Administrator certification, experience with Apex/SoQL, or familiarity with Clari/Gong for revenue forecasting.
