The candidate will be the main point of contact to optimize our portfolio licenses globally. Using existing data, such as revenue and regulatory licenses around the world, the candidate will be required to organize the data in a way that it’s easy for each business partner to review the information and make decisions on retain or not a licenses.

The candidate would be required to collaborate with the business lead as well as local partners in the country to ensure the right decision is being made, documented and implemented.

The candidate will be required to develop dashboard to demonstrate the current status of the project.

The candidate would be working with a lot of data and analyzing the data, mastering excel would be a great asset for this position.

The candidate would have to communicate with cross functional area locally and globally, great communication skills is required.

The candidate would need to calculate cost avoidance by optimizing the portfolio and provide supporting analysis.

Other tasks to help improving current processes or data may be required.

Education Required: Bachelor in sciences

Years’ Experience Required: 1-3 years in regulatory

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. work in collaboration with the business and the regions to support the RA license optimization project.

The position would require to analyze data such as financial revenue match regulatory prodyct license and engage the business to determine if we should maintain the license or cancel licenses that are not generating revenue.

The position will be required to develop clear dashboard and establish clear and collaborative communication between the business and the local countries. Project management skills will be a great skill.

Ensures continuous efficiency and effective process improvement measurements are conducted to evaluate external vendors.

Technical Skills

Must Have

2+ years of experience in a finance, business development, marketing, supply chain or other data analytics role (1 years with Advanced Degree)

a Global Regulatory Operation Specialist

Nice To Have

Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience with Smartsheet
