2. About the Opportunity:

The QA Analyst works within the Quality Assurance team to collaborate with technology partners in translating business requirements into manual test solutions. This role is involved in various aspects of the software testing lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The position contributes by supporting testing activities that uphold product standards and facilitate successful releases.

3. Responsibilities:

  • • Review requirements documentation and acceptance criteria
  • • Develop detailed manual test specifications for supported technologies
  • • Execute comprehensive test solutions across product lines
  • • Identify, reproduce, track defects, and verify fixes
  • • Promote Agile QA practices such as Test-Driven Development
  • • Work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • • Create and manage bugs through their lifecycle using Jira
  • • Perform other related duties as assigned

4. Requirements:

  • • 1-3 years of professional testing experience
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • • Experience supporting release activities
  • • Desire to work in or knowledge of the Credit Union industry preferred
  • • Bachelor''s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Range depends on geographic metro or zone, budget, and experience
