Project Analyst

• Position: Project Analyst
• Duration: 6 month contract to hire
• Location: Peachtree, GA Monday- Thursday 7-5
• Pay Rate: $20-25/hr

• Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, project coordination, project controls, business operations, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new software applications and reporting tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Quickbase, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Smartsheet, ArcGIS, Alteryx, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.

• Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience supporting utility, engineering, construction, telecommunications, or infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to project reporting, KPI tracking, dashboard creation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with electric utility or power distribution operations.

• Insight Global is seeking an entry-level Project Analyst I to support our Power Distribution Engineering team in Peachtree City, GA. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and helping teams make informed business decisions.

The Project Analyst I will assist with collecting, analyzing, and reporting project data related to utility distribution design projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to track performance metrics, maintain project databases, develop dashboards, and support reporting initiatives that drive operational excellence.

Compensation:

• $20/hr to $25/hr.
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
