About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join The Copper River Family of Companies. This role involves providing essential program management and contract administration support for Government Information Technology programs at MacDill AFB, FL. The Program Analyst will play a critical role in monitoring contractual performance, tracking program requirements, preparing detailed reports, and supporting the successful execution of government initiatives. The position requires a proactive individual capable of ensuring compliance with contractual requirements while facilitating effective communication between government personnel and contractor teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with government contract administration, and the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting tools. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful government projects, enhance operational efficiency, and support the achievement of program objectives within a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Active Top-Secret Security Clearance is required to access sensitive government information and perform the duties effectively.
- While a formal degree is not mandatory, relevant experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government contracts is essential.
- Proven experience in government contract administration, program performance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional communication abilities are necessary to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and prepare executive-level reports and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required for effective documentation and reporting tasks.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance processes, process improvement initiatives, and stakeholder coordination will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
The Program Analyst will be responsible for a broad range of duties aimed at ensuring the smooth execution and management of government contracts and programs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting planning, analysis, and ongoing monitoring of government contracts to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
- Tracking contractual requirements, project milestones, and deliverables to maintain project timelines and accountability.
- Assisting in the preparation of program performance reports, analytical documentation, and supporting materials for decision-making processes.
- Monitoring contractor performance to verify compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Coordinating program documentation, administrative activities, and maintaining accurate project records and reporting tools.
- Supporting quality assurance initiatives and performance measurement efforts to continuously improve program outcomes.
- Contributing to the development of program assessments, evaluation reports, and initiative documentation.
- Collaborating effectively with government personnel, contractor teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordinate efforts.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance program execution.
- Supporting the achievement of program objectives through proactive management and problem resolution.
