Process Analyst

• Methods Process Analysts 1
• Work Location: San Antonio, TX
• Contract (6+ Months/Possible Extension)

Position Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Develops Operating plans and Recovery plans as needed.
• • Learn and support utilization and development of models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data (e.g., statistics, operations research, trend and production impacts).
• • Improves processes to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality through the application of Lean and other Industrial Engineering concepts.
• • Develops solutions to routine technical problems.
• • Collaborates cross functionally to gather data for process improvements. This may include observing, documenting processes, and collecting data in manufacturing areas or on aircraft during various production phases.
• • Schedules work plans, conducts data analysis (historical, trends and production impacts), staffing and process improvements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

• • Bachelors degree
• • Beginner excel knowledge.

• Preferred Qualifications
• • Aircraft / Aerospace industry experience.
• • Experience with 3D Computer aided design tools such as IVT.
• • Experience with Boeing standard scheduling tools such as Aurora.
• • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
• • Experience conducting/leading Time studies and reporting out to leadership.
