Role Description The Point Of Sale Support Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Concord, NC, responsible for supporting and maintaining store POS systems and related technologies. This role involves responding to support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and coordinating with store teams to resolve POS problems in a timely manner. The analyst will assist with POS installations, upgrades, and configuration changes, as well as monitoring system performance and documenting procedures and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include working with IT and operations teams, testing POS changes before deployment, and helping ensure data integrity and seamless transaction processing. The role also supports user training and provides clear communication to store personnel regarding best practices and system updates.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in POS system support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and basic networking.
• Candidates should possess skills in incident management, ticketing systems, and documenting technical issues and resolutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in communication, customer service, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and store personnel.
• Candidates should possess skills in analyzing system performance, identifying recurring issues, and assisting with process improvements.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in retail IT or POS support, familiarity with Windows-based environments, and comfort working in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a technical associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, and knowledge of distribution or retail store operations.
