- Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- • Portfolio and Program Management support in Scaled Agile environments
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboarding)
- • Power BI or Tableau reporting and visualization (Nice to have)
- • Clarity, Jira or equivalent Agile Portfolio Management tools
- • Project financials, budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
- • Resource planning and capacity management
- • RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
- • Executive reporting and portfolio governance
- • Schedule management and milestone tracking
- • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- • Experience supporting Data & Analytics or Technology portfolios
- • Knowledge of SAFe Agile, or Portfolio Management frameworks
- Roles & Responsibilities
- • Support Program Managers in managing a large Data & Analytics portfolio.
- • Maintain integrated portfolio plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
- • Prepare executive-level portfolio status reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
- • Track project scope, budget, resource allocation, and schedule performance.
- • Monitor portfolio health metrics and identify delivery risks and issues.
- • Facilitate portfolio review meetings and governance forums.
- • Coordinate across Product Owners, Scrum Teams, Architects, and Business stakeholders.
- • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- • Maintain RAID logs and drive follow-up actions to closure.
- • Provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
- • Assist in annual planning, quarterly planning, and investment prioritization activities.
