- Role Description
- This is a part-time remote role for a Policy Analyst. The primary responsibilities include developing and refining policies, conducting thorough policy research, performing analysis to support decision-making, and preparing concise, insightful reports. The Policy Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings to stakeholders, and contribute to policy frameworks that align with organizational goals and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Policy Development and the ability to design impactful and practical policies
- Strong Policy Research and Analytical Skills for gathering data and drawing evidence-based conclusions
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and recommendations effectively
- Ability to work independently, excel in a remote work setting, and meet deadlines consistently
- Relevant educational background in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, or related fields
- Experience with compliance, governance, or legislative processes is a plus
