Job Desription

• Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Synthesize complex project information into clear, concise, and actionable business communications.
• Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs and track mitigation plans.
• Monitor action items, dependencies, and project deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
• Define and develop adoption KPIs to measure technology implementation success and user engagement.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to track adoption and operational metrics.
• Gather, document, and validate reporting requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
• Support data analysis, reporting strategy, and business insights for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and governance compliance.
• Present analytical findings, project status, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
