You will work with clients to take on their revenue management operational needs and make recommendations as appropriate. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our people are tasked with delivering excellent business results to their clients. These results are achieved by:

  • Meeting the strict processing and payment deadlines set forth in the contracts between our clients and their customers
  • Performing validations on claim information and calculations based on the contracts terms to ensure accurate payments
  • Abiding by the standard operating procedures set forth by our clients and EVERSANA best practices
  • Reading and interpreting contracts which can then be configured in to the revenue management platform.
  • Providing clients with insight in to each of these payments through various reporting packages.
  • Communicating with the client to deliver status, attain clarifications on questions/concerns related to any operational activities, and, above all, ensuring continuous client delight for the duration of the engagement.
  • All other duties as assigned

EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Travel: 5%
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Education: Bachelor’s
  • Experience and/or Training:
  • 5+ years in Government Pricing calculations
  • Has the knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field, especially Pharma contracting domains, Life Sciences & Finance.
  • Knowledge pharma revenue management systems like Model N and other claim management applications
  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, effective time management skills & good communication skills.
  • Ability to complete time critical processes
  • Technology/Equipment: Model N or Model N powered by Flex, Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in a business-related field, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Life Sciences related field
  • Experience and/or Training:
  • Solid experience with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field, especially Pharma contracting domains, Life Sciences & Finance.
  • An expert in pharma revenue management systems like Model N and other claim management applications.
  • Ability to delegate work and responsibility to other members of the project team.
  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, effective time management skills & good communication skills.
  • Ability to complete time critical processes and support and guide other team members to ensure all deadlines within the scope of the agreement are met
  • Technology/Equipment Model N or Model N powered by Flex, Advanced Excel, SQL, VBA

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
