Performance Operations Analyst

Pay Rate: $51.00/hr on w2

• -Experience in investment performance measurement, benchmark calculations, data analysis and reconciliation required
• -Experience with systems such as Aladdin, FactSet, B-One, preferred.

Qualifications:

• Experience in investment management operations, performance measurement, performance reporting, fund accounting, or a related financial services discipline.
• Knowledge of portfolio performance measurement concepts and benchmark return calculations; familiarity with GIPS standards is a plus.
• Understanding of investment products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with performance and analytics platforms such as Aladdin, FactSet, B-One, StatPro, or similar systems is preferred.
• Exposure to Python, Power BI, Alteryx, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional maturity, and sound business judgment.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Strong client service focus and ability to build relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders
