Microsoft Skills (including Power BI) & AI Corporate Trainer

• Contract Trainer – Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate & Copilot
• PTR Training delivers hands-on training programs to corporations and government agencies, both onsite and virtually. We're seeking experienced Contract Trainers to facilitate our Microsoft applications training programs, including Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

• About the Role
• As a Contract Trainer, you'll deliver pre-designed, ready-to-teach training sessions to corporate teams — bringing energy, clarity, and real-world expertise to every session. This is a facilitation role: PTR Training provides the curriculum, materials, and learning objectives; you bring the presence, teaching skill, and technical fluency to make it land with participants.

• What You'll Do
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions (onsite and virtual) on Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, and related Microsoft applications
• Adapt delivery style to a range of participant skill levels, from beginner to advanced
• Engage participants through hands-on exercises, live demonstrations, and real-time Q&A
• Represent PTR Training professionally in front of client teams
• Provide participant and session feedback to the PTR Training team

• What We're Looking For
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis features)
• Working knowledge of Power BI (report building, data modeling, dashboards)
• Experience with Power Automate (workflow automation, flows)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and its integration across Microsoft 365 apps
• Prior experience training or presenting to adult learners/corporate audiences
• Strong communication and facilitation skills — comfortable leading a room or a virtual session
• Reliable availability for scheduled contract engagements
• Certifications (Microsoft Office Specialist, MCT, or similar) a plus, not required
