Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Analyst to support a growing organization with ongoing ERP initiatives and global system rollouts. This is a 6-month remote consulting opportunity focused on supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Business Central, financial processes, operational reporting, and end-to-end ERP deployments.

• Location: 100% Remote / WFH
• Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of ERP experience with proven involvement throughout the full implementation lifecycle, including strategic planning, requirements gathering, system design, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations and global rollouts.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective ERP solutions.
• Support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Business Central environments.
• Analyze and improve financial and operational business processes within the ERP environment.
• Support financial workflows, reporting requirements, and operational reporting initiatives.
• Participate in system design, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Coordinate with global business teams to ensure successful ERP adoption and consistent processes across locations.
• Assist with user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing stakeholder support.
• Track requirements, enhancements, defects, and project activities using Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Utilize ServiceNow to support incidents, requests, and ongoing application support processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP functionality, business processes, reporting, and overall user experience.
• Qualifications
• 5+ years of ERP implementation and support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and/or Business Central.
• Experience supporting global ERP implementations or rollouts.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and operational reporting.
• Experience across the full ERP lifecycle, including planning, design, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and production support.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Strong stakeholder management and business-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business, finance, operations, and technical teams in a global environment.
